Counter Sales Associate
Keep customer orders moving at Richelieu’s Mississauga pickup counter — processing orders and returns, coordinating with the warehouse, and delivering helpful service on a weekday schedule.
Richelieu Hardware is looking for a Counter Sales Associate for the Mississauga, Ontario location.
The incumbent will report to the Pickup Counter Supervisor and is responsible for assisting customer by entering orders, doing credits/returns, processing orders and maintaining organization for orders. 8am -5pm shift Monday to Thursday and 9am -5pm Friday
More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to:
Assist customers by processing pick up orders and returns
Maintain and monitor customer pick up orders to ensure they are picked in order
Place customer orders as required
Pull warehouse orders as required
Answer telephones as required
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements :
Post-Secondary degree preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Demonstrate strong time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication and listening skills knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic professional with a strong work ethic
Computer literate
